Is it certain that item X will fit my car?

You can search for the correct item based on your license plate or car type. There may be different variants of the same item specified for your car. Distinctions can be made based on, for example, the year of manufacture, engine code, or chassis number.



What is the delivery time for item X?

The respective item will indicate an estimated shipping or pickup day. If you want certainty about the delivery time, you can contact the autopartswinkel.nl team.


 

Is there a warranty on item X?

All items come with a manufacturer's warranty. More information about the warranty can be found here.


 

Which items are subject to a deposit?

Deposit items include brake calipers, alternators, and starters. If a deposit applies, it will be charged to you. A return form and return label will be included with your order. Using the form and label, you can return the deposit items free of charge, and the deposit will be refunded to your account.

How can I file a complaint?

If you have a complaint, you can send it by email to info@autopartswinkel.nl. It will be responded to within 24 hours. The autopartswinkel.nl team will do everything possible to keep you satisfied.


 

How does the ordering process work?

Finding the right item is easy based on your license plate, car type, or item number. After finding the right item, you can add it to the shopping cart, enter your details, and pay securely through your own banking environment. Your order will then be shipped to you or can be picked up if desired.


 

When will my order be processed?

Your order will only be processed once payment has been successful. When you receive an invoice by email, the payment has been successful, and your order is being processed.


 

What does 'Login' mean?

You can choose to create an account. An account has several advantages, such as easily looking up orders and vehicles. Additionally, you can request returns and do not have to enter your details for each order.


 

How can I view my previous orders?

You can find your order on your account page. There you can also see the vehicles for which you have previously searched for parts.


 

How can I cancel an order?

As long as you have not paid, your order has not been processed. Once payment has been successful and you have received the invoice, your order is final. If you wish to cancel your order after payment, you can contact the autopartswinkel.nl team.


 

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your order via iDeal, PayPal, or bank transfer.


 

Can I pay in cash at the pickup location?

You cannot pay in cash at the pickup point. You can only collect your order there after receiving a pickup notification by email.


 

What shipping methods are available?

Your order can be shipped to a desired address within the Netherlands. Additionally, it is possible to pick up your order at the pickup point in Eindhoven.


 

How can I track my order?

Before an order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the track & trace code. This will be active the same day after 8:00 PM, allowing you to track your order. Click here to enter your track and trace code.


 

What are the shipping costs within the Netherlands?

  • €6.95 excl. VAT (€8.41 incl. VAT) shipping costs for orders up to €89

Note! For items longer than 1.20 meters, a courier must be ordered. If applicable, the courier is mentioned in the respective item group. The cost is €24.95.

Batteries are delivered to a limited extent. Delivery is only possible in the 5613 postal area. You can also pick up your battery at the pickup point.


 

Can I choose a different delivery address instead of the billing address?

When entering your details, you can choose a different delivery address. If you have already received the invoice and want to change the address, you can contact the autopartswinkel.nl team.


 

When will my package be delivered?

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the track and trace code. After 8:00 PM, you can track your order using the track and trace code and your postal code. Click here to see when your package will be delivered.


 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item/quantity?

If you receive an incorrect item or quantity, please contact the autopartswinkel.nl team. They will ensure that you receive the correct item or quantity as soon as possible.


What are the opening hours of the pickup point?

The pickup point in Eindhoven is open: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Can I return items at the pickup point?

It is possible to return your items at the pickup location. You must first request the return via your personal account, where you can indicate that you want to return it at the pickup point.


 

Can I return my item?

If you receive an incorrect item, you can return it to autopartswinkel.nl. The item must not show any signs of installation and must be returned in its original (undamaged) packaging. Requesting a return can be done easily via your personal account.


 

How should I return an item?

Returns can be requested within your account. If you do not have an account, contact the autopartswinkel.nl team by email or phone.


 

How long does the refund take after my return?

After receiving your return, the returned item will be assessed. You will then receive an email with a confirmation of receipt. The amount will be refunded to your bank account within seven days of receiving the confirmation.


 

What are the costs for returning incorrect items?

Depending on the reason for the return, you can return the items free of charge. After registering the return within your personal account, you will receive information on how to return the items and any shipping costs.
